ADULT AND YOUTH CLASSES

At Washington Boxing Academy of Ardmore, as we do with Boxing, we aim to respect the sport of kickboxing in the same way we do for boxing. You can expect elbows, punches, and kicks of all kinds when doing this high-energy, full body workout.

The flow of our expert kickboxing class is the same as our boxing fitness classes. We run you through a calorie burning progression of warm-up drills, HIIT exercises, and shadowboxing. You’ll also be doing rounds on the heavy bag and strength work.
